About Fahad al Saud

Everything we do has an impact on our mental health. Actions as simple as going for a walk or tidying your desk, form part of building resilience to common mental health conditions like depression and anxiety. In this workshop Tomo founder Fahad al Saud will take participants through Behavioural Activation, a therapeutic practice that identifies healthy habits and helps you do them on a regular basis and the basis for the Tomo app. The session
will explore how different types of behaviour can help different areas of mental health and wellbeing; and how tracking what you do can help you understand how you feel. The session is interactive with participants encouraged to help think of how their behaviour affects their wellbeing. Participants will come away with
a framework for using everyday habits to keep their minds healthy.
