Dr Ian Drever
Dr Ian Drever is a practising Consultant Psychiatrist, focusing largely on the treatment of depression, anxiety, stress and alcohol use; what he refers to as the scourge of modern society.
Ian’s twenty-three years of experience have been gained in a wide variety of roles within both NHS and private settings. He has worked in a range of acute adult services, elderly services, community outreach and medical liaison teams in the UK and Canada.
As part of his busy private practice, Ian now works with a large number of individuals, as well as providing input for corporate clients and screening services for those in safety-critical roles in the aviation industry.
Ian regularly contributes to articles on psychological wellbeing in the general press, writes for the Huffington Post, and is an invited Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
