Mandy is a single mother, a mental health professional and a blogger. Mandy has written a blog on mental health and emotional well being since 2013 and it continues to grow in popularity, recently being voted one of the top 100 personal development web sites worldwide.
Mandy has a BA in Sociology and Psychology and is currently completing a Post Graduate Masters in
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy that will give full accreditation with the BABCP. Mandy also has more than ten years mental health experience working with the elderly, learning disabled, offenders in prison and individuals with
